Return Policy

We don’t allow returns but will gladly facilitate replacements or exchanges per our policy provided below.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

All products on Chalo Khelo are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect. If you receive an incorrect product or are missing accessories, please email us at contact@chalokhelo.com with a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. We'll need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate this discrepancy.

7-Day Easy Exchange Policy

Select products on Chalo Khelo are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery in case you are unhappy with the product. If you see “7-Day Exchange” on the product page, it is eligible for exchange. You will receive full Store Credit in your Chalo Khelo account so that you may choose another product from our website which would be more suited to your needs. Refunds are NOT available under our Exchange policy.

Return Policy Abuse 

We want all our customers to have a great experience with Chalo Khelo. In order for our 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy and 7-Day Replacement Guarantee to be sustainable and fair for all, we take our Return Policy abuse seriously.

We monitor customers who have placed multiple Replacement & Exchange requests with us; even ones who place these requests with multiple accounts. This makes us feel like there are certain customers who are not here to shop but to “borrow” a product just to replace it later. We will deny repeated requests from customers who use such tactics and prohibit them from future purchases.

We want you to have a wonderful shopping experience with us. While most of our customers use our policies as intended, we would really appreciate it if everyone would kindly respect our policies so that we can continue serving you better.

We don't want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.
