All Chalo Khelo products come with 1 year warranty. In cases, when it is not a Chalo Khleo manufactured product, we adhere to the manufacuturer's warranty.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
We use Razorpay as our payment platform and all payments adhere to Razorpay's privacy policy and the respective payment channels standards.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
